Engineering Team Lead - Roadways/Highways - Greater Toronto Region

Parsons is seeking an Engineering Team Lead with experience leading Roadways/Highways design-build projects for the Ministry of Transportation in the Greater Toronto Area. The candidate will oversee and manage the overall civil design team on both conventional and design/build projects for MTO highway programs.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (or related field)
• P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) designation required
• 15 + years of experience delivering major/significant MTO projects
• Hands-on project management experience for 3 to 5 large MTO detailed design highway widening and/or interchange modification projects
• Proven background of leading multidisciplinary design teams on challenging, high-profile projects
• Project management experience for MTO Environmental Assessment and preliminary design projects preferred
