Join Parsons as a Program Director – Facilities Assessment & Planning! As a visionary leader, you will lead a team of project managers, facility assessors, planners, and other professionals to help clients prioritize, estimate, and strategize to reduce deferred maintenance backlogs and create long-term capital improvement and facilities master plans.
Requirements
- Manage P&L and update the group’s strategy to attract new clients and expand services.
- Develop annual business plans, engage in business development, and oversee proposal processes.
- Identify, target, and sell CM and PM services, converting FCA contracts into ongoing program and construction management service contracts, and working closely with the Business Development team.
- Lead negotiations for prime- and sub-contracts, plan and allocate resources, and manage a diverse portfolio of projects across North America.
- Build integrated sales strategies that promote our construction and project management services, expanding existing client relationships and addressing their capital project needs.
- Travel to client or project sites as needed to strengthen client relationships, ensuring both project success and long-term client satisfaction.
