Infrastructure Design Manager

Parsons is looking for an Infrastructure Design Manager to lead and oversee the development of infrastructure design for a major rail project. The role involves managing multidisciplinary design teams, coordinating design development, and ensuring that all outputs meet technical standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from a recognized university
• Professional certification or membership of a relevant institute is an advantage
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in infrastructure design within the AECO industry
• Proven experience in rail or infrastructure projects, including express or high-performance rail systems
• Strong experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and complex design interfaces
• Good understanding of civil infrastructure elements including alignment, structures, tunnels, viaducts, and utilities
