Job Description
As a Principal Inspector at Parsons, you will lead advanced-level field inspections on heavy construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract documents, codes, and regulations. You will oversee a team of inspectors, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to project safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in a technical-discipline or construction-related field
- 15+ years of related experience in heavy construction projects
- Advanced knowledge of public works contracts and construction-related processes
- Strong familiarity with current construction methods, materials, equipment, standards, specifications, and terminology
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and specifications
