Project Manager

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will assist, support, and provide oversight of the project team during the project life, providing expertise in project management, financial and cost management.

Requirements

• Assist, support and provide oversight of the project team during the project life, providing expertise in project management, financial and cost management.
• Follow up on Key corporates Goals, manage change, and provide for continuity of the client relationship.
• Assist in project invoicing and billing including all accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Oversee establishment of Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
• Establish the project requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
• Assist in the preparation of career development plans with all Italy Country Manager direct reports and identifies and coordinates training needs and requests for their staff.
• Submits abstracts to key conferences and encourages presentations from staff.
• Works with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project.
• Promotes technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes.
• Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
• Establishes weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items.
• Participates in proposal development on project pursuits, client meetings and client presentations.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
