Job Description
Pursue a career where you thrive, work with exceptional people, and be yourself at Parsons. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will estimate costs and manage the budget of Roads, infrastructure, and building projects. You will work on estimating costs, managing budgets, and reviewing claims.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quantity surveying with building and infrastructure projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE is a must
- Proficiency in CESMME and FIDIC
- Ability to perform standard estimating activities typical to the engineering and construction industry
- Clear understanding of, and ability to work with, construction contract commercial documents, drawings and specifications
- A familiarity with typical project controls software and DMCS (Document and Materials Control System)
