Resident Engineer - Infrastructure

The Resident Engineer - Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of utility infrastructure works on site. This role ensures that all works related to water, wastewater, stormwater, power, telecoms, gas, and associated civil infrastructure are executed in accordance with the contract documents, design intent, relevant codes, and project quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
• Min 12-15 years' experience in infrastructure and utilities projects, with at least 5 years in a Resident Engineer or senior site supervision role
• Prior experience with local codes, standards, and authority requirements in UAE preferred
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary contractors and resolving site issues efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines
