Parsons is seeking a Senior Construction Manager (Roads) - Right of Way for the Qiddiya Project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will oversee all activities related to securing, preparing, and maintaining the Right of Way for various infrastructure developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Land Surveying, or a related field
- 20+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on Right of Way management
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar senior leadership role on mega-projects in the Middle East
