Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of design standards, inspection protocols, and contract administration
- Written and spoken English is essential; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Minimum 10 years, including 5 years in UAE
- 5 years' minimum experience in road/highway infrastructure engineering
- Experience in road O&M, construction supervision, cost control, and contract administration
