Job Description
Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Control Analyst to support contract types within the organization. The role offers opportunities to grow within the organization and gain exposure to complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Project Controls or related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with various contract types, subcontracts, or grants, including OTA, Cost Reimbursable contracts (CPxF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Time and Material (T&M) contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work comfortably with budgets and collaborate across multiple departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
