Job Description
Join Parsons as a Senior Resident Engineer to work on the premier Infrastructure project in the US, with a focus on municipal infrastructure, including water and sewer systems and water and wastewater treatment facilities. As a hybrid remote employee, you'll work on the Hudson Tunnel Project, overseeing daily construction activities and conducting technical reviews of construction plans and project changes.
Requirements
- Oversee daily construction activities and Resident Engineering Inspection responsibilities
- Conduct technical reviews of construction plans, specifications, and project changes
- Ensure staff safety, regulatory compliance, permit adherence, and effective coordination with regulatory agencies
- Monitor contractor performance, schedule adherence, and overall effectiveness
- Influence contractors to meet project objectives related to cost, schedule, and quality standards
- Administer the contractor payment process and recommend appropriate adjustments based on completed work
