Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of experience
- Active/Current Secret clearance or above
- CCM or PMP certification
- Expert knowledge of planning and budgeting and design process
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to conduct meetings to resolve problems, design, engineering issues, brief clients and management personnel
