Assists the Supply Technician in performance of logistics activities, receives, stores, and issues equipment, materials, supplies, or tools, and compiles stock records of items in stockroom, warehouse or storage yard.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of progressive experience in computer systems operations
- One (1) year of practical experience in data entry and formatting via common productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work under moderate supervision
- Experience maintaining accountability for Army materiel and equipment IAW all applicable regulations
- Must show formal training and/or on-the-job training in the issue, warehousing, control, and documentation of property
- Proof of US Citizenship required
- Must be able to obtain a valid driver’s license, maintain Installation driving privileges and complete a Defensive Driving Course
- No documented pre-existing medical conditions, which would prevent the wearing of safety equipment or clothing
- Must be able to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time, able to climb in and out of vehicles
- Must be able to lift maximum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass all security requirements IAW military installation Provost Marshall’s Policy in order to gain access to the installation
