Structural Design Manager

Parsons is seeking a Structural Design Manager to lead the technical delivery of bridge and structure designs on multiple projects, managing a team of engineers and ensuring high-quality designs and timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years' post-graduate experience in bridges and structures design, including management and supervisory experience
• Proven experience in managing teams, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop staff to achieve project goals and high performance
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and engage teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to clients, stakeholders, and team members
