Systems Engineer (Multiple Levels)

Parsons is seeking Systems Engineers at various levels to join its team in the Counter-UAS and AI/ML fields. The successful candidates will work with customers to develop requirements for CUAS solutions and then develop, integrate, and deliver those systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or similar experience in an STEM field with specific, recent experience in Systems Engineering
• Junior - 2+ year of experience or 6+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Journeyman – 5+ years of experience or 11+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Senior – 8+ years of experience or 14+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Lead – Masters and 10+ years of experience or 16+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• US citizenship is a requirement for position consideration
• Must have an active Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing custom software algorithms and applications.
• Familiarity with implementing hardware and software interfaces based on Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and/or Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
• Experience in designing, testing, debugging and documenting software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
