Technical Design Manager (Review)

Parsons is seeking a Technical Design Manager (Review) to lead technical design review processes for complex construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing design review, resource allocation, and project execution to meet client expectations and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
• 20+ years of experience in end-to-end design development and project and construction management of large-scale construction and mixed-use/commercial/residential developments
• Significant experience of infrastructure, roads utilities, tunnels, underground facilities and technical coordination as well as construction techniques and associated activities
• Demonstrable experience of working with PMCM and sensitive government contracts relating to complex, high-value projects
• Proficiency in design review planning, review progress tracking, and risk management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and report effectively
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols
• Professional registration with Chartered Status
• Experience in public meetings, regulatory coordination, or working with government clients
• Ability to proactively manage changes, manage and resolve conflicts, and uphold high technical and commercial standards
