Job Description
Source Agricultural parts from Eastern & Southern European suppliers, handle procurement requests, and build supplier relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, engineering, or similar
- Native/Fluent Polish (C1/C2) or other Eastern European language alongside strong English
- Strong interest in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
- Comfortable negotiating with suppliers and following up persistently
- Curious and comfortable using data and AI tools to support analysis and decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
