As a consultant at Partner Forces, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients' day in and day out, collaborating with colleagues, partners, and clients to ideate, initiate, and complete tasks, projects, and initiatives. You will work on mission-oriented projects, bringing forward actionable insights, solving complex problems, and delivering meaningful solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting executive operations, front office coordination, program management, or leadership support functions in a government or professional services environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work onsite daily in a professional front office environment
- Active DHS suitability or ability to obtain/maintain required clearance/access
- Experience supporting DHS or other federal executive/front office environments
- Familiarity with task management processes, executive correspondence workflows, or front office operations
- Experience supporting executive communications, strategic planning efforts, or operational coordination initiatives
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive environment
