M&A Associate

Partner One is a long-term investment group seeking an M&A Associate to join their team in a full-time, remote capacity. The role will involve supporting research, evaluation, due diligence, and execution of acquisitions, with exposure to a high volume of live opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Prior experience with software M&A transactions is a must
• Strong academic performance from a top-tier institution
• Undergraduate degree in business or a related field is preferred
