Job Description
The Manager, Digital & Information Technology, leads the organization's digital strategy, enterprise information management framework, and technology modernization roadmap, driving digital innovation, overseeing enterprise information management practices, and championing the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or related field.
- Master's degree (MBA) or professional certifications (AI/ML, ITIL, CDMP, PMP) an asset.
- 5ā8+ years of experience in digital transformation, information management, analytics, or AI-driven environments.
- Experience implementing digital solutions, automation tools, or enterprise information systems.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, data governance frameworks, and privacy requirements.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams or leading complex projects.
