Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) | Temporary Part-time | Morning

Partners Community Health is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for a temporary part-time position in their long-term care facility. The successful candidate will provide nursing care and clinical intervention to residents, and work collaboratively with the care team to promote a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Current certification of competence of the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Medication Certificate which meets the College of Nurses Standards of Practice
• One year experience in a long-term care facility with knowledge and interest in gerontology
• Member of CNO with Active RPN License
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
