Capital Markets Professional

We are one of the largest global private markets investment managers, serving over 800 institutional investors worldwide. In this position, you have the opportunity to play an important role in Partners Group's Capital Markets team, responsible for all debt financing-related aspects of Partners Group's Private Equity and Private Infrastructure investments globally.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of leveraged finance/capital markets and/or infrastructure finance experience at a leading financial institution or currently in a Capital Markets role at an asset manager
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and executing debt financings in a lead-left capacity (underwritten and best efforts), including loans and bonds
• Excellent understanding of capital markets and debt products including detailed understanding of execution processes (constituents, legal and marketing documents, etc.)
• Strong understanding and negotiating experience of loan and bond documentation
