Portfolio & Insurance Investment Manager

We are looking for a Portfolio & Insurance Investment Manager to join our Portfolio Management team in Zug, Switzerland. You will be responsible for portfolio implementation, client acquisition, and retention, as well as analyzing and modeling life insurance liabilities to inform investment decisions.

Requirements

• Top academic credentials (MSc/MBA preferred)
• Professional qualification (e.g. CFA, CAIA, FIA, FSA) desirable but not a requirement
• 6-9 years' work experience in private markets/private equity investments, portfolio construction in multi-asset contexts, and/or insurance investment management
• Understanding of private market investing styles, portfolio construction principles, asset-liability matching strategies, and insurance liability modeling
• Experience with stochastic modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks in insurance contexts
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk management tools
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English with ability to present complex investment and actuarial concepts
• Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and succeed in both portfolio management and insurance investment domains
