We are looking for an experienced HR leader for the position of Head of Human Resources for the Americas region. The role involves implementing HR strategies, overseeing all HR functions, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in HR
- Leadership skills
- Project management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
