Sustainability Intern (6-12 months fixed contract)

We are seeking a Sustainability Intern to support our sustainability strategy, help integrate ESG factors across our investment platform, and support our portfolio, client, and corporate pillars.

Requirements

• Strong passion for responsible business and investment
• Project management experience in sustainability initiatives
• Agility to work across key pillars of Sustainability at Partners Group
• Genuine interest in driving sustainability initiatives in private markets
• Top academic credentials (bachelor's degree preferred)
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage complex datasets in MS Excel
• Strong creative mindset to illustrate sustainability narratives in MS PowerPoint
• Familiarity with investment management and a genuine interest in private markets
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed person
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with global senior level executives
• Strong oral and written communications skills in English
• Flexibility to collaborate with global colleagues, portfolio companies & assets
