I-Drive Sr Member Experience Professional - Branch

Partners Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Member Experience Professional to build and nurture long-term relationships with members, promote and cross-sell products and services, and take on a leadership role within the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial and sales, leadership, and cash handling, and will embody a welcoming and professional presence for members and colleagues.

Requirements

• Identify and build a network of member contacts through qualified leads, referrals, outbound calls, and face-to-face interactions.
• Deliver exceptional member service, ensuring all needs are met and commitments are honored.
• Process a wide range of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing.
• Promote and cross-sell additional products and services to deepen member relationships and improve profitability.
• Proactively identify and respond to changes in members' financial needs.
• Process consumer loans ensuring high quality and compliance; mentor peers in best practices.
• Open new memberships and accounts, including IRAs, checking, savings, and certificates.
• Ensure all documents meet quality control and regulatory standards including CIP, OFAC, and ChexSystems.
• Support operational processes such as IVP and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Educate members on digital banking services and support technology adoption.
