Job Description
Seeking a Chief Executive Officer for an independent asset management company with CMS License and regulated by MAS. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, leadership, and stewardship to the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognised university
- Minimum 10 years of direct experience in capital markets
- 3 years in a senior management position or leadership capacity
- Capital Market and Services Representative License (CMSRL) for fund management
- Excellent track record in established asset management businesses
- Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance in AML/CFT requirements
- Risk Based Capital Adequacy Requirements Framework
- VCC requirements AML/CFT
- Good experience in investments and Execution of Customers Orders
- Knowledge/experience in Funds, Fund of Funds, and traditional investments and risk management
