Job description
The Warehouse Shipping Supervisor is responsible for planning, guiding, and directing staff members in an efficient and timely manner to meet customer demands, expectations, deadlines, and all administrative duties. This role requires a high level of shipping productivity and efficiency, and the ability to work weekends.
The Warehouse Shipping Supervisor will direct and oversee the internet shipping process of picking, sorting, packing, and processing to meet customer deadlines. They will also maintain a staffing level to accomplish the receiving mission in an effective and efficient manner.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with 2-3 years of supervisory experience, 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, and experience with WMS/inventory management system and RF technology. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, outstanding customer relations skills, and strong skills and experience in team/personnel management.
