As the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC and residential appliance parts, we like to do things a little differently. We're looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence and Data Insights to lead and motivate a team of analysts within our Insights and Intelligence organization. You'll help lead transformation and change that will help drive business results, improve customer profitability, market penetration, and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, computer science, information systems, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role and great communication skills
- 5+ years of experience developing within business intelligence tools to retrieve, visualize, and interpret data (Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience working with big data management tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
- Experience working with data and driving insights using ERP data, SAP experience is a plus.
- Expert proficiency in querying data using relational database management systems
- Experience utilizing AI solutions while maintaining safety, integrity, and data privacy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and are comfortable with changing priorities and solving ad-hoc business problems
- Independent and resourceful and can solve complex, analytical problems with little direction
- Life-long learner that is prepared to learn new tools, and concepts quickly
- Proven track record delivering results and can coach and facilitate others in solving complex problems
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Passion for storytelling with visualization
