We are looking for a Parts Identification Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls to provide customers with correct repair part numbers. You will research and escalate requests to identify the correct part number information, log details into our CRM, and deliver top-notch customer service.
Requirements
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls to assist with parts identification inquiries
- Research and escalate requests by navigating through equipment manuals, technical diagrams, parts listings, and manufacturer remote desktop systems
- Log prime details of each call into our CRM, review and follow up on open cases within 2 business days, and close out resolutions as soon as possible
- Deliver top-notch customer service while effectively communicating part information in a professional and friendly manner
