Licensed Telehealth Therapist- Contract (Illinois)

Partum Health is seeking a licensed therapist to join their team of behavioral health specialists in Illinois. The therapist will provide telehealth care to patients and work within a multidisciplinary model to deliver innovative and high-impact care to growing families.

Requirements

• Provide individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting for patients navigating the parenthood journey
• Evaluate functional needs and outcomes of patients
• Diagnose and/or evaluate mental and emotional disorders of individuals and administer programs of treatment
• Communicate via HIPAA-compliant chat with patients as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional care for patients
