Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse

Parx Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high quality and coordinated care to patients in their homes and communities.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida
• At least 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Valid FL driver's license and reliable transportation (Auto Insurance must also be presented)
• CPR certification required (Original Card)
• Level 2 Criminal Background Check
