Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - LTSR Facility/Mental Health

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in their Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) facility. The LPN will be responsible for performing clinical nursing skills and working with a team to provide care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional and/or practical nursing
• Current license by examination from the State of Pennsylvania
• Valid driver's license
• An understanding of Mental Health
• 1-2 years' experience in medical/surgical or geriatric nursing (preferred)
