Job Description
Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee all aspects of property management, maintenance, and physical site management across multiple locations. The role involves coordinating with independent contractors, performing maintenance repairs, and overseeing projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of property management experience, and certifications in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Property Management, or a related field, preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years property management experience
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (Certifications not required, but highly recommended)
- Active/Ability to climb ladders and work in all conditions
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
