Program Specialist

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a Program Specialist to manage the safety and well-being of individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health, and behavioral health needs in a residential setting. The Program Specialist will coordinate activities and community integration in accordance with each individual's Individual Plan (IP).

Requirements

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with 6400 regulations required
• Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university and one (1) year experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
• OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years' experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
• OR Associate's degree, or 60 credit hours, from an accredited college or university and four (4) years' experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
