The Marketing Operations Lead is responsible for owning the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, and enabling streamlined campaign execution, automation, and reporting across all Passion organizations.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, and/or marketing technology roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (certifications strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, UTM frameworks, dashboard tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio, HubSpot Reports).
- Proficiency with marketing data flows, web forms, tagging, and cross-channel attribution.
- Systems-minded thinker with a love for structure, logic, and optimization.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives behind the scenes and supports team wins.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator able to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Open to innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
