Job Description
PassiveLogic is seeking a Building Controls Deployment Engineer to support and troubleshoot the deployment of their autonomous building systems in the field. This role involves field Hive support, integrating new tooling, troubleshooting live systems, and documenting processes. It is a hands-on position in a global environment and requires a proactive and resourceful engineer passionate about technology.
Requirements
- HVAC controls experience and familiarity with control sequences
- Linux OS experience
- Past work with IoT systems and real-world deployments
- IP networking knowledge, including troubleshooting routers, switches, and end-devices
- HVAC trend data analysis and troubleshooting
- Exceptional communication skills
- Organized and strategic thinking
- Collaborative mindset

- Problem solving
- Database querying experience
- Linux terminal familiarity
- Experience with Raspberry Pis, Arduinos, or embedded platforms
