Job Description
The Operations Associate role is responsible for ensuring the internal machine runs well, making sure new hires land smoothly, recruiting moves fast, and the cross-functional logistics holding the company together don't fall through the cracks.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment, or a master's degree
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Resourceful self-starter who identifies what needs to happen and makes it happen without being asked
- Communicate clearly and build trust across functions
