Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our organization out of our Arlington Heights, IL office and be part of the accounting team. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for various tasks including setup of subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring timely payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- A college degree in accounting/business administration is desired, but equivalent experience in these fields will be considered
- Minimum of 2-5 years previous experience, preferably in a construction project cost environment
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, communicating with all levels in the organization
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel and Sage Construction CRE 300 is preferred
