Path Construction is seeking a qualified Superintendent to join our organization in the Spartanburg, SC area. We are a rapidly growing general contractor with experience in various asset classes, including healthcare, multifamily, retail, and more.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction management experience
- OSHA Site Safety experience
- Up to date with modern technology and display excellent communication skills
- Proven construction technical knowledge on site
- General knowledge of construction principles/practices
