Job Description
Path to College is seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Mentee Coach to support our dynamic mentorship program. This team member will play an essential role in helping maintain strong mentor-mentee connections, keeping records up to date, and assisting in the creation of thoughtful mentor-mentee matches.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or actively pursuing bachelor’s degree
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, especially high school students
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online platforms to track information and stay organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on details
