The District Programme Coordinator, Infectious Diseases - Tuberculosis, India Country Program will provide district-level coordination and oversight of project implementation in the assigned districts of Mumbai. The role will involve coordinating with district health systems, NTEP officials, and private sector providers, as well as managing field operations, troubleshooting operational challenges, and supporting data validation.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Public Health/Health Administration/Social Sciences/Medicine or equivalent from a recognized university in India.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in public health program implementation, of which at least 1-2 years should be in TB elimination programs at district or field level.
- Experience in coordinating with district health systems, NTEP officials, and private sector providers.
- Strong understanding of NTEP guidelines, TPT cascade, Ni-kshay operations, and TB care pathways.
- Familiarity with digital health tools, tele-consultation platforms, and mobile data collection systems (ODK).
