Job Description
PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to achieving health equity, seeking Consultant: TPT Clinical Hub Manager, Infectious Diseases - Tuberculosis, India Country Program. The Consultant will serve as the on-site focal person at assigned private TPT clinic hubs, managing end-to-end delivery of TPT services and ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate data capture, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Social Work/Nursing/Life Sciences/Public Health or equivalent from a recognized university in India.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in community health programs, TB programs, or patient counseling and adherence support roles.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to counsel patients, build rapport with providers, and work collaboratively with facility staff.
