Job Description
PATH is seeking a Case Manager to provide outreach and engagement services to assist people experiencing homelessness. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in outreach case management and a strong commitment to social justice.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in outreach case management or a related field
- Ability to pass a background screening, TB test, and drug test
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties
