Job Description
We are a mission and values-driven organization that makes a positive difference in people's lives. As an Outreach Case Manager, you will participate in daily street outreach to people experiencing homelessness within the Metro transit system in the Metro Los Angeles region. You will provide outreach and engagement services to conduct interventions to quickly assess and link clients to long-term housing, health, mental health, and other supportive services.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in outreach case management or a related field
- Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail

- Have reliable transportation
- A valid driver's license
