Program Officer - Digital Health, Meghalaya

Support the state's digital transformation by conducting a digital health landscape assessment and developing a State Digital Health Roadmap for Meghalaya, in close collaboration with the Health & Family Welfare Department and partner organizations.

Requirements

• Liaise and build a strong relationship with state health officials, district teams, private providers, and partners
• Lead the digital health landscape assessment, including literature review, data collection, facility assessments, and stakeholder interviews
• Develop and use data collection tools (checklists, interview guides, observation templates)
• Contribute to drafting the State Digital Health Roadmap, including recommendations, priority actions, and phased implementation plans
