Brazil Implementation Engineer, Digital Diagnostics

PathAI is seeking an Implementation Engineer to support digital diagnostics customers, build relationships, and provide technical implementation support. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS implementations, lab/IT connectivity integrations, and is fluent in English and Portuguese. They must be willing to travel 20% of the time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, SaaS implementation role
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; ideally Spanish proficiency as well
• Based in Brazil
• Strong analytical skills and operating rigor
• Experience handling difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolutions
• Strong understanding of our business and products, and an ability to research/self-start in areas that require learning
