Implementation Engineer, Digital Diagnostics (DDx), Europe

PathAI is looking for an Implementation Engineer to support European digital diagnostics customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS implementations, lab/IT connectivity integrations, and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, SaaS implementation roles
• Strong analytical skills and operating rigor
• Experience handling difficult customers or situations
• Experience in working in an international organization with English as the main internal language
• Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation
• Hands-on experience with market-leading laboratory information systems
