Job Description
Pathfinder is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Substitute to provide essential support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, focusing on daily living skills, communication, and advocating for their rights. The role offers flexibility in shifts and locations and prioritizes safety, well-being, and individual empowerment.
Requirements
- Basic language, written, and computer skills.
- Ability to support people with disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and safe driving record.
- Ability to run, squat, stoop/bend, kneel, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, push and pull against potential resistance.
- Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language.
