Assistant Executive, Accounts Payable (1-Year Contract)

Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) is a non-profit charity organisation looking for an Assistant Executive, Accounts Payable. The successful candidate will process vendor invoices, perform three-way matching, and maintain accurate records of AP transactions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics Navision)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
